Welcome to SAOBANIAN. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before submitting your work order.


1. Acceptance of Terms

a. Before submitting any order, every client must read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
b. Proceeding with order submission indicates full acceptance of these terms.

2. Project Timeline & Delivery

a. We require up to 15 (fifteen) days to complete and deliver a website or branding project after receiving all required information and documents.
b. Delivery timelines may extend due to technical, operational, or logical reasons.
c. Timely delivery depends on the client’s cooperation in providing content, feedback, and necessary access.

3. Requirement Submission

a. Clients must submit the Requirements Form within 48 hours after order confirmation.
b. Delays in submission may extend the project timeline.

4. Refund Policy

a. A 48-hour refund guarantee is provided from the time of order confirmation.
b. Refunds are applicable only for:

Β – Web Design Package-2 & Package-3

Β – Social Media Packages (1, 2, and 3)
c. Domain and hosting costs (approximately ΰ§³4,990) will be deducted from the refund amount.
d. No refund is applicable for Package-1 (Free Plan).

5. Revision / Website Review Policy

a. No revision is included in Web Design Package-1.
b. One (1) revision is included in Web Design Package-2 and Package-3.
c. Clients must review and submit feedback within 48 hours after delivery.
d. All feedback must be submitted at once via WhatsApp or email (saobanianbd@gmail.com).
e. Additional changes beyond submitted feedback will require a separate agreement.

6. Hosting Policy

a. SAOBANIAN may host client websites on its managed servers.
b. If a client’s website is hosted with a third-party provider, it may be migrated to SAOBANIAN servers upon renewal or subscription.
c. We use shared hosting environments, where multiple projects may reside on a single server.
d. All hosting environments are managed professionally with performance and security considerations.

e. As we provide continuous technical and non-technical support to our respected clients, we don’t usually share our cPanel credentials with them.

7. Domain Ownership (Amanah Policy)

a. All domain names remain the full property of the client.
b. SAOBANIAN treats each domain as an Amanah (trust) entrusted by the client.
c. We do not claim ownership of any client domain under any circumstances.

8. Domain & Website Transfer Policy

a. Clients may request transfer of their domain and/or website at any time.
b. SAOBANIAN is ethically and legally committed to facilitating such transfers.
c. Transfers will be completed free of cost, InShaAllah.
d. Full cooperation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.

9. Website Maintenance & Security

1. Maintenance services may include:

  • Regular theme and plugin updates
  • Performance monitoring
  • Basic security management

  • While we take strong preventive measures, no system can guarantee 100% security.
  • In case of hacking or technical issues, SAOBANIAN will assist in recovery and restoration, InShaAllah.

2. After project handover (without an active renewal plan), the client is responsible for website maintenance.

10. Free Support Policy

a. We provide 1 (one) year of free support after project handover.
b. Free support includes minor edits, guidance, and assistance within the original scope.
c. Any additional work outside the scope requires a separate agreement.

11. Renewal Plan Policy

a.Β  All personal branding packages are subject to an annual renewal fee.
b. Clients must choose from available renewal packages based on their needs.
c. Once a renewal plan is purchased, it is considered final for that billing cycle.
d. No changes or negotiations will be entertained during the active period.
e. Clients may upgrade or downgrade their plan at the next renewal period.
f. Renewal benefits may include hosting, maintenance, support, and additional services as defined in the selected package.

12. Social Media Service Terms

a. Clients must provide necessary access (admin/editor) to their platforms.
b. Clients are responsible for providing required content unless otherwise agreed.
c. SAOBANIAN is not responsible for platform-related issues such as account restrictions or suspensions.

13. Communication & Response Time

a. Communication will be conducted via WhatsApp, email or direct phone call

b. Clients are expected to respond within 24–48 hours to avoid delays.

14. Ownership & Intellectual Property

a. Upon full payment and delivery, the client owns all rights to their domain/website and content.
b. SAOBANIAN may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

a.All client data and credentials are treated as strictly confidential.
b. SAOBANIAN will never share, sell, or misuse client information.

16. Permission for Promotion

a. SAOBANIAN may create promotional materials (case studies, social media posts, etc.) based on completed projects.
b. Only publicly available or project-related information will be used.
c. No sensitive or confidential information will be shared without consent.
d. Clients may opt out by submitting a written request.

17. Limitation of Liability

a. SAOBANIAN is not liable for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • External cyber-attacks beyond control
  • Client-side mismanagement

However, we will always provide reasonable support and guidance to resolve issues.

18. Changes to Terms of Service

a. SAOBANIAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
b. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on this page.

20. Backup Policy

a. We usually keep a backup of every client website.

b. If any of our respected clients want to obtain them a backup copy, we are happy to provide it without any condition.
