Welcome to SAOBANIAN. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before submitting your work order.
a. Before submitting any order, every client must read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
b. Proceeding with order submission indicates full acceptance of these terms.
a. We require up to 15 (fifteen) days to complete and deliver a website or branding project after receiving all required information and documents.
b. In certain cases, delivery may take additional time due to technical or logical reasons.
c. Timely delivery depends on the client’s cooperation in providing necessary content, feedback, and access credentials.
a. Upon confirming an order, clients must complete and submit the Requirements Form within 48 hours.
b. Delay in submitting requirements may extend the project delivery timeline.
a. We provide a 48-hour refund guarantee from the time of order confirmation.
b. Refund is applicable only for Web Design Package-2, Package-3, and Social Media Packages (1, 2, and 3).
c. Domain and hosting costs (approximately ৳4,990) will be deducted from the refund amount.
d. No refund is available for Package-1 (FREE plan).
a. No revision or feedback is included in Web Design Package-1. Clients must carefully review all submitted information before final delivery.
b. One (1) revision is included in Web Design Package-2 and Package-3.
c. Clients have 48 hours after delivery to review the project and provide feedback.
d. All feedback must be submitted at once, via WhatsApp or email at hello@saobanian.com.
e. Once feedback is submitted, no additional corrections or changes will be accepted without a separate agreement.
a. After delivery and handover, clients are fully responsible for maintaining their website.
b. SAOBANIAN is not liable for data loss, hosting issues, plugin conflicts, or downtime after handover.
c. We can assist with website transfer between servers if required.
a. We offer 1 (year) of free support after project handover.
b. Free support covers providing info, minor edits and technical guidance within the original scope of work.
c. Any tasks outside the agreed scope require a new agreement and payment.
a. Clients must provide full access (admin/editor) to their social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
b. Clients are responsible for supplying necessary content (e.g., text, images, videos), unless otherwise agreed.
c. SAOBANIAN is not responsible for platform-side issues such as account suspension, restrictions, or policy enforcement.
a. All communication will be done via WhatsApp or email.
b. Clients are expected to respond within 24–48 hours to avoid project delays.
a. Upon full payment and delivery, the client owns the rights to their website, content, and branding materials.
b. SAOBANIAN reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
a. All client data, credentials, and materials will be kept strictly confidential.
b. SAOBANIAN will never share, sell, or misuse client information under any circumstances.
a. All personal branding packages are subject to an annual renewal fee of BDT 4,990, which includes domain and hosting renewal.
b. Upon renewal, clients will continue to receive unlimited support, ongoing technical assistance, and access to applicable service benefits as offered by SAOBANIAN at the time of renewal.
a. To ensure transparency, trust, and continuous improvement of our services, SAOBANIAN may create marketing and promotional materials such as blog posts, social media content, videos, case studies, and client testimonials.
b. For these purposes, SAOBANIAN may reference a client’s publicly available or project-related information (such as name, designation, business name, website, or delivered work) solely to showcase completed projects, results, and service outcomes.
c. We ensure that all promotional use is professional, ethical, and aligned with maintaining the client’s reputation and privacy. No sensitive or confidential information will be shared without prior written consent.
d. If any client prefers not to be featured in promotional materials, they may notify SAOBANIAN in writing, and we will respect their request accordingly.
a. SAOBANIAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
b. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
